It is with heavy heart that I tell you...I'm putting my blog on an extended vacation.
I have to do this for personal and health reasons and I will miss you all very much.
I am also cutting back on my business (which really has been a hobby) of restoring antique and vintage furniture as it is getting harder for me to keep up physically, and hard for my husband and myself to get large pieces to my booth at King's Antiques.
So over the next 30 days I will be closing it down and leaving Kings. I have truly enjoyed having a booth there as it is run by a lovely couple. At this time everything in my booth is marked 40% off.
I will still be renovating furniture just not as much and will only be selling it via Craigslist and Facebook or I'll be taking custom orders.
You may still visit my blog as I will not close it so you may access my tutorials and all of the free graphics I have shared.
I will also share pictures and updates when I do finish something on Google+ and Facebook if you care to keep following me there.
It has been almost two years since I started my blog and it has been a joy for me to meet all of you, and to share the passion I have for interior design, antiques, and restoring furniture.
I hope I have provided you with entertainment and helpful information, and that you have enjoyed stopping by and visiting.
Hopefully, one day in the near future my circumstances will change and I can share with you again.
If you are a sponsor of my blog and I have not gotten in touch with you please contact me at pjhdesignsinfo@gmail.com
If you don't follow me on Facebook please do. I try to post updates or information daily.
With a tear in my eye here is a great big hug from me to you.
Thank you,

Oh, Peggy! You will be missed, but please take care of yourself. Please let us know how you are getting along in the next coming months. I will be thinking of you often! Take care!! Toodles, Kathryn @TheDedicatedHouse
This happens and you just have to remember what is most important in life. No matter how much you enjoy blogging. I did so well the first year and then it's just been one thing after another. I don't even seem to have time to read blogs lately. But I haven't given up and I'll do what I can and in the meantime, I'll take care of myself and my family. Because the are my life.
Well Peggy, I know that feeling. Everyday I work to cut back, consolidate, discontinue, reorganize, etc. I have to look at the future and what I really want to do each day, and what I can continue to do as well. Some feel that 50+ is young, but I know that I have to be more realistic than ever about my load. I feel my age more than ever.
Very poignant post. My heart goes out to you and I wish you the best in the next stage of your retirement.
Take care,
Sandi

Peggy,
I am so sorry to hear this but understand completely. i too had a rough time of it the last few months, biting off a bit more than I could chew. And now not feeling quite up to par because of it.
I considered stopping blogging but it is a great stress relief for me so I have cut back on posting to about once maybe twice a week and that has helped. I hope whatever issues you are dealing with will resolve in time and you will be in my thoughts and prayers.
Hugs,
Deb
I'm sending big hugs and kisses right back. Take care of yourself. That's the most important thing. I'll check in on you on FB. Sometimes we just have to cut back. I had to do the same thing over the past year. Just think of this as a transition, not an ending. Wishing you all the best. xoxoRosemary
Yes, Peggy...you will be missed...greatly. You have always been such an Energizer Bunny with all of your beautiful projects. Such an inspiration to me! May God bless you as you transition from this chapter of your life into another one. I am following you on Facebook so that I can keep in contact with you. :) Have fun, enjoy life, and soak in a lot of relaxing days. ♥

Peggy,
As someone who struggles daily with chronic illness, and who had to stop blogging as a result of it, I feel for you so much. Please know you will remain in my prayers and I appreciate all that you have shared here. I wish you health and happiness and hope you will keep us updated on how you are doing, we care!
Hugs,
Maureen

Dearest Peggy,
I know how hard it is to keep things going on "as usual" when life starts throwing you curve balls. I wish you the very best in all of your future endeavors and will most certainly continue to check in with you on G+ and Facebook. Our health, our families and our friends are what matter the most in life. Take care of yourself and enjoy life on your terms and at the pace that makes you the happiest. Warm Hugs, Mary
